When you own a Homura piece, you become a valued member of the Homura community. We take pride in providing continuous service, including care and repair, complimentary cleaning and crystal recharging.
Our 10-year warranty covers loose parts, locks, adhesives, strings, and stone settings on most products purchased directly from Homura or authorized stockists. It provides coverage for repairs related to these specific components for a period of 10 years from the date of shipping.
What is not covered under the complimentary service warranty?
The following items are not covered under the complimentary warranty:
- Lost items or parts (including stones or crystals), damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence (such as abrasions, scratches, or cracked stones)
- Chemical or water damage, plating degradation, gemstone fading due to exposure to oils, perfumes, soaps, or external elements, normal wear and tear.
- Sale items, off-price, customized, or markdown items, customizations or modification requests, and shipping costs, import taxes, and duties.
What happens if my Homura piece needs repair after the warranty period?
Our commitment to quality craftsmanship means that we repair all items created by Homura to the highest standards, even after the warranty period.
