- Despite its name, Dragon Bloodstone isn’t a true Bloodstone. It's a combination of Epidote (green) and Piemontite (red), often found in Western Australia and South Africa. The name comes from its mythic appearance—green for dragon skin, red for dragon blood—and has made it popular in both metaphysical circles and fantasy lore. It’s often associated with life force energy and heart-healing, especially for those going through emotional recovery or personal rebirth.
